He sounds like a no-nonsense kind of going (6 years under Reilly would probably do that) but he's young enough (49) that I think he can relate to the players and motivate them.<br /> <br /> I think it really comes down to whether or not they respect him, and listen to him.<br /> <br /> If he/the Nuggets get off to a decent start, I think he'll earn their respect just because everyone is tired of losing!
