Denver Nuggets Players - Ryan Bowen

Ryan Bowen was one of my favorite players and was a long-time Denver fan favorite. How can you not love a guy that survived in the NBA based on his unrelenting hussle? The Nuggets could use a few more Ryan Bowens on the court and in the locker-room, and he also understood his role on the court. He didn't complain about how many minutes he gets - just played all out for every minute he got. Case in point - look at the black eye he received from blows to the head in the Minnesota and Golden State games back in 2001. In this picture at the 2001 Open House, I was asking him what exactly Minnesota player Gary Trent had just done to him the previous day when he knocked Ryan to the ground during the game.
